We adopted our beautiful daughter mid 2009 just after her first birthday. It has been the most amazing time in all of our lives and can't really remember life before she came along!!!
Earlier this year we put our profile back in the pool hoping for a sibling :)
Congrats on the adoption of your daughter – she must be about the same age as our daughter.
We too put our profile back in last Easter – quiet up here, profile hasn't really been shown. But life is pretty busy so you don't seem to dwell on it as much as the first time!
Where abouts in NZ are you? Do you have contact with other adoptive parents?
Keep checking back in – things just getting off the ground with this new website.
Thanks Mumof1. We are in Wellington so would be great to also catch up with others in the area as we don't have any contact with others. CYFS did have a coffee group once every few months but didn't really get into that.
